Molly Attends Unveiling of America's Cup Feeder Program
Today the America's Cup announced their collaboration with Red Bull and youth sailing. The "Red Bull Youth America's Cup" is a feeder program for young sailors aged 19-23 yrs to represent their country and compete in the AC45's currently used in the America's Cup World Series. There will be 10 national teams selected through resume, as well as a boat designated to a San Francisco Bay Youth Team. Red Bull Youth America's Cup racing will happen just prior to the America's Cup Finals next summer.

Better Weather Day : Good Sailing Day

A chilly morning and a sketchy forecast turned into a beautiful day for sailing. We started the finals of the US Olympic Trials today racing against Team Barkow and had a good day, ending on a 4-1 record.

Trials' Final Tomorrow vs Team Barkow

Fortunately we were able to get our series wrapped up in two races today as the temperatures barely made it into the mid 40's today and the windchill staying in the 30's. We won our two races this afternoon against Team Roble to take the series 6-0 and advance to the finals tomorrow. We will be racing Team Barkow who beat out Team Tulloch 6-4 in a very tightly fought battle.

Light And Fluky Winds : 4-0 At End Of First Day Of Trials

What initially looked like a warmer morning in Weymouth quickly turned chilly when the clouds came over and we hit the water for the first day of racing at the US Olympic Trials here in Weymouth. After four very different races, we were able to finish the day with a 4-0 record over Team Roble.

US Women's Match Racing Trials Begin Tomorrow

After four days of training here in Weymouth, racing starts tomorrow at the US Olympic Trials for Women's Match Racing. There are four teams left after part 1 of the trials, and this week will determine who will represent the USA in the 2012 Olympic Games.
