49erFX Training, San Francisco
Molly and I wrapped up, on Thursday, four awesome days of sailing in San Francisco Bay. We sailed every day in the building breeze and sunshine. We had conditions ranging from 4-18kts and flat to choppy water. It was brilliant to get back in the boat, and notice huge improvements every day.

Carmeuse Is Back Onboard!
Carmeuse is back on board! Molly and I are delighted to announce that Carmeuse has committed to partnering with us again for the next four years as we campaign for the Gold Medal in Rio, 2016. We are very excited by this sponsorship, as Carmeuse has been an integral part of our sailing for over eight years now.

Team Training In Miami
March 6, 2013
Miami, Fl
We have just wrapped up a short but intense training camp here in Miami. It was a four-day camp, running from 8:30am through 7pm, with meetings and on-the-water sessions. Three classes attended the camp, the skiffs, the 470's and the Nacra's.

Silver For Team Maclaren
We won the Silver Medal today at the ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami event. After only one short stadium race, the regatta was decided; gold to Martine and Kahena from Brazil, silver to us, and bronze to Kristen and Molly C, also from the USA.

Medal Series Tomorrow - New Format
So I called the other day "Windy". Ha! Today was WINDY; that day was mild. Today we had wind gusting into the low 20's and it made for some awesome sailing and good wipeouts. Despite our numerous capsizes, we ended the day with a 2, 4, 3 and hold second overall at the end of the opening series. This qualified us for the US Sailing Team Sperry Top-Sider as the top team, but the regatta's medals will be decided tomorrow in a new format of racing.
